How much does a photo booth rental cost in Orlando? +
Strata Booth packages start at $597 and scale based on booth type, event hours, custom branding, and add-ons. Most weddings range $1,200–$2,800. Most corporate events range $1,500–$5,000. Multi-booth brand activations are quoted custom. We send custom quotes within 1 business day — no obligation.
What types of photo booths do you offer? +
Twelve booth types: AI Photo Booth, AI Video Booth, 360 Video Booth, Glam Booth, Vogue Booth, Pro DSLR Booth, Classic Photo Booth, Mosaic Photo Wall, Roaming Booth, Roaming Photographer, Digital Photo Booth, and Video Guest Book. Every booth includes professional staffing, custom branding, and instant sharing.
Do all photo booths include prints? +
Not every booth needs prints. Our Pro DSLR, Glam, Vogue, and select event booths can include onsite prints depending on the package. Digital Photo Booth, AI Photo Booth, AI Video Booth, 360 Video Booth, and some brand activation experiences are designed primarily for instant digital sharing. We'll recommend the right setup based on your event goals.
Do you provide corporate photo booths? +
Yes. We provide corporate photo booth experiences for conferences, brand activations, trade shows, and corporate galas. We have served Disney, NASCAR, Google, Deloitte, JetBlue, and Florida Blue. Custom-branded templates, CRM-ready lead capture, and full-service crews are included.
Do you provide wedding photo booths? +
Yes. We provide luxury wedding photo booth rentals at venues across Orlando and Central Florida including Bella Collina, Four Seasons Orlando, and Ritz-Carlton Orlando. Our work has been featured in Brides, Style Me Pretty, and The Knot.
Can the booth be branded with our logo? +
Yes. Every booth includes custom-designed photo templates with your logos, colors, event hashtag, or wedding monogram. We also offer custom backdrops and full brand activation design. Artwork must be submitted 10 business days before your event.
Do you provide a COI? +
Yes. We carry full liability and equipment insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is provided on request, naming your venue or company as additionally insured. We are pre-approved at the Orange County Convention Center and most major Orlando venues.
Can multiple booths run at the same event? +
Yes. We routinely run 2–5 booths simultaneously at large corporate activations, conferences, and multi-room weddings. Each booth includes a dedicated attendant, and we coordinate setup, branding, and gallery delivery as a single project.
Do you travel outside Orlando? +
Yes. We regularly serve Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and the entire Central Florida region. We also travel statewide and nationally for corporate clients. Travel is included in your custom quote.
